Stretch up tall..then suddenly drop forward and touch your toes....make sure you are alone

it will go on its own , but painful , having alot of that too ! hurts in my sides

I always keep peppermint tea in the cupboards, its fab at shifting the wind and allowed on CD! Probably doesn't help you right now though if you don't have any................

i got it terribly too, and i havent had a bar for a few days just my packs and a chicken breast.... ?
