Trying to get back to Target again!! and staying there this time

  1. I have been reading the posts on this forum for some time now and have decided to take the "brave" step..for me, to post here myself.
    I reached my target weight over a year ago BUT did not maintain it..I am finding it really difficult to get back on track. Night time eating, boredom and lack of self confidence, maybe even motivation is my problem.
    I use food as my crutch, if I over eat I have something to moan about in my brain and then I can avoid the real problems/issues in my life. It would be a great help to me if I could get some support from other Slimming World followers, particularly at night time. I know I am eating more and more with each day and will end up with a serious weight and confidence problem if I don't stop NOW. I will post my daily food dairies and would really appreciate you help.:)
