Trying to make the right choice in advance for lunch tomorrow - please someone help!!

Hey lovely WWers,

Can anyone help me? I'm going out for lunch tomorrow and have seen the menu:

I've no idea what to go for propoints-wise as I'm new to all this, can anybody make some suggestions as to what may be "safe" and some rough points values?

can't provide pp but personally i'd have a sandwhich because I can roughly pp them best x

Most restaurants have the NI values now to so you could contact them or ask to see them tomorrow x
