Hi, got these today. 70cal per sausage. 4.2g fat, 5g protein, 2.9g carb, .24g fibre Ingredients: turkey 60%. If anyone could work it out for me I'd be grateful . F

On the syns calculater they are coming out at 3.5 syns each on all plans

You havent entered turkey as a free food so it's just done 1 syn per 20 calories - 70/20 = 3.5.

Cant work it out without knowing the weight of the sausage those values refer to though.
