Afraid not hun, 4 syns for 250g pouch!! All ofthese micro rices have oil in them to preserve them, thats where the syns come in! The lowest ones are usually white long grain or white basmati pouches, usually between 1-2 syns a pack depending on brand!! I sometimes dont mknd 1 or 2 syns on these ones as they are superfast to make xx
