They dont qualify for a free food allowance so its 1 syn per 20 calories so you can work it out from the label, or from the NVs online.

erm i know its ALOT thats why they tell you to make your own syn free ones, but go for it if you want

I have calculated it as 15.75 for the whole jar so not too bad if divided up between 3 or 4 people.
I have a jar of it already in the cupboard as my other half likes it and wants it for dinner tonight so I wanted to check whether I could afford the syns to join him!! Think it will be OK
Only started yesterday and doing it from home...the extra easy days still seem too good to be true for being on a diet to me, but we shall see in time!
