Step 1 Sole Source upset with myself.

I done really well for 2 weeks then cracked and started eating. I just feel so let down. Just feel like important a failure. Had a week off. Now starting again tomorrow. Why have i let myself down. No support at home. They say urgently lovely as u r. That's very nice but doesn't help me...pls help.
 
take stock and make a list of u doin this....hang up a piece of clothing on ur bedroom wall and achieve to put it on every week....any motivation is gud... i find it really hard most of the time but have managed to stick to it bar two meals...which in my mind is bettr than 21 meals! pm me if u need to hun xxx day off 2moro so am here if u need a person to rant at! any support i can give.....i will xxx
