Urgent carbonara sauce recipe please

Hi can anyone give me a syn free or low syn reciepe.

Hi,
I know a lot of people make it with FF fromage frais, or with Quark which would make it syn free, but I prefer spending a couple of syns to make it more traditional.
Here's how I make it:

Mix together:
LF creme fraiche (1.5syns a tbsp - usually use about 1tbsp per person, maybe a bit more depending on how many syns I want to use)
Beaten egg (again usually 1 egg per person)
About 3/4 of your HEXA allowance parmesan
Plenty of pepper
Chopped parsley

Then 'fry' some chopped shallot, garlic and some bacon until cooked through.
Stir into some cooked tagliatelli or spaghetti, along with the egg mixture, mix on a low heat for a couple of minutes to heat through.
Serve sprinkled with the remainder of your HEXA parmesan, and some more parsley
