Urgent Syns needed ...... PLEEEEAAASSSEEE

Hi everyone, does anyone know how many syns are in the birds eye crispy chicken breasts? they come in pack of 2 and are frozen??

i can only find syns for crispy dippers :sigh:

if i can't find the syns i divide the cals by 20 thats what it says on here to do works as long as theres no free food in what ever ur counting so if 100 cals = 5 syns 200 cals - 10 syns and so on

thanks for that, i'm on extra easy so the chicken will be free and it will just be the batter ... impossible to work out really
