Hi, I'm supposed to be having waitrose low fat chicken saag for dinner tonight, looks yum but I've got a feeling it'll be high in syns.

I'm a student so can't afford to join SW and calculate syns so was hoping someone would be really kind and quickly work it out for me?

Here's the nutritional info per pack:
378cals
27.6g protein
58g carbohydrate
5.6g of which sugars
4g fat
1.6g saturates
4.8g fibre
0.48 sodium

Thank you for anyone who can syn this for me, I'm really grateful!!! :)

Is that for the pack or per 100g?

Waitrose, Chicken Saag Masala, chilled, 400g pack EE 11 R 11 G 25.5

Is that the one?x

Hi Tinksie,

The nutritional info is per pack. And im not sure the second post is the one because the ready meal i've got is one of the healthy low saturated fat ones.

Thanks for your help! :)

Whats the pack size?x

10 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
19 Syns per package/portion on Green
10 Syns per package/portion on Original

Thats with putting the chicken in as free food

Hope fully that helps, but i'm relatively new to this myself too so someone may come up with a different answer :)

Thankyou so much Tinksie!!!

New it would be high in syns but not that high, oh well no other syns for the day for me then :)

Well, last year's food directory lists "Chicken Saag with Basmati Rice, chilled, 400g" as 7.0 EE 10.0 RED or 7.0 GR, under the Smart Syns section.........

The SW syns online lists a Waitrose perfectly balanced chicken saag with basmati rice, chilled, 400g at 6 syns on extra easy.
