Vanilla ice cream

Sorry if this is a really dumb question but, can someone please tell me how to work out the syn value of ice cream?

The reason I'm confused is because the tubs say the calories per 100ml but I want to calculate it as 100g


Does that make sense?

I know what you mean, very confusing!

I found this on the SW website, don't know if it helps:
Ice cream, basic, Soft scoop/standard ice cream, 25g = 2 Syns

There is virtually no difference from mls to gs, they weigh about the same , so just use the 20 cal rule and work it out from that. Hope that helps.
