hi does anyone know how many syns the
white sealed microwave pots of
VEETEE PILAU RICE and the
VEETEE LONG GRAIN RICE
please
only asking cos it was on offer in ASDA today at 50p each

I'm not sure about those flavours but the Basmati and Wild Rice is 1 syn on green and EE, 17.5 syns on red for the whole (280g) pot.

I had a whole one of those at lunchtime and worked it out on the online calculator.

I've a feeling I remember reading somewhere that some of them are 1.5 - 2 syns on green/EE
