Hi there. I ve got some values in my directory. Otherwise I've been dividing the calorie content by 20 However any other syn values would be so useful be it everyday food or ready meals/meals out.
I just got used to SW then I go and 're start as a a vegan.y

It is ok thank you i have found out half the whole pizza is 25.5 syns so it will not be something i will have above twice a year. Thank you for your help.
I will probably start making my own low syn ones. X

Have you tried the 'caulizza' haha cauliflower pizza base? My vegan housemate often makes her own

Definitely Vegan Peakz Crunchy Chocolate Squares! However, you get them at £2.29 for 3 in TK MAXX at the moment and Holland & Barrett. They come in 6 flavours, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut, Orange, Plain Chocolate, Berry, Mint. Best part they are 7.5 syns and 153 cals per pack.
