Hi guys am going to wagamamas tomorrow night - its weigh day and i want to have a flexi day does anyone know the syn values of their food or a good guestimate please

i love wagas and would love to know thier syn values too! without knowing i would stick to something like a yaki soba or yaki udon (yum) as its not laden with sauce and disguised syns! lol x
