Waitrose veg casserole

Hiya, I have a 'waitrose chunky and warming vegetable casserole' in the freezer and was wondering if someone could help me work out the sun value please?

Nutrition per 100g
113kcal
2.2g protein
12g carbohydrate
3.8g of which sugars
5.6g of fat
1.1g of which saturates
2.9g fibre
The free food in it is 30% of veggies from what I can work out

wonder if this is vegan sounds nice and waitrose foods are lovely...ill check!

I'll have a look for you in the morning, it does sound lovely but I daren't eat it without knowing the syns roughly, I'll be gutted if it is really high!

Sadly it is not vegan, has cheese in it.

Can anyone help me with the syn value please? X
