I think the basic rule of thumb that anything that has high calorie density and low filling power (can't remember the wording exactly) doesn't get the thumbs up. That's certainly the case with free foods, but probably has some bearing on the healthy extras too.

6 Syns for a 25g bag (from a multipack) and 6.5 syns for a 28g bag (individual) on both days. xxx
