Want to restart Dukan but struggling with hunger

im getting back into my old ways burger king,mcdonalds,morrisons pizza n take away chineses have made a comeback,i can get full,no matter how much i eat,

my weights up so defo need to do something asap,

my hunger is shocking starving now,iv started drinking more water and a pear instead of toast at work,

i dont do seafood and not much of a meat eater,


help please:wave_cry:

no i had a break as i didnt reach my goal of 9st,i reached 9.7st and lost my way tbh,
easter hasnt helped:wave_cry:

In my own experience all the food you list would make me hungrier, not full - they stimulate my appetite instead of satisfying it.

I don't have an answer for you - except that you say that Dukan did work for you until you were almost at goal - and then skipped without going into conso and stablisation.

Could you bear just to start again and do all the stages, including the last two, even if you don't get all they way to your goal weight.

You say you're not much of a meat eater - but the latest revisions to the diet include lots of vegetarian alternatives, like tofu and tempei, which might suit you better second time around.

I don't think anything has changed that much since you were doing it before to be honest so your old book should be fine.
