Does anyone know the syn value of these? I know the white is 5 syns, but anyone know the value of the brown variety?

5 syns as well I think but just use 1 syn per 20 calories to work it out

I think they are well worth 5 syns - they make great mini pizza bases and are good for when you want a low syn sandwich without using your HEB

Could you not use them as a healthy B on the basis that you can have 60g of any whole meal bread and they are only 42g per "Thin"?

No sorry - brown bread is not the same as wholemeal. Its nutritionally no better than white just that the flour has not been bleached

Only the wholemeal pittas from asda and coop - any others would need synned
