depends on the make

M&S ones are 4.5 syns for 25g pack
three tigers 5 syns for 25g

They're one syn per 20 calories as being dried they dont count as free food.

is that the case with normal dried peas?

No because you would have to soak them to eat them so they would be full of water again.

But dried peas as a snack are not free food.
