I know this mat seem either a silly question or the answer id obvious but if you drink more water tahn the four litres, would you lose more wieght:eek:
 
possibly, its very much an individual thing. some people can only handle so much water in a day, and too much water can also be dangerous!
 
More than 4 litres?????????

Bleeding heck - i can't get to 2 or 3 without having to stick the hose pipe down my throat - its my interpretation of Chinese water torture!!:eek::eek:
 
They say the more you drink the more you shrink. :D

Remember its not how much water you drink that is dangerous its drinking to much in too short a time that is dangerous.
 
Various people have tested the theory, and the majority of them found it made no difference whatsoever. However, its worth an experiment - just make sure you're near a loo all day. I lost the most the quickest in my group and I had between 4-5 litres a day - never more than that.
