there is all the different diet sections,but also a chit chat section too,we talk about all sorts,pets,tv,books,movies etc...get posting and join in..

theres also the arcade for a bit of a giggle :giggle:

you may also want to check out my fitness pal..has some useful little tools there and food tracking help.
