    All i can say folks is if we can resist the snacking and comfort food this week when most of us are snowed in and it's feckin cold in the house then we are doing well!!

    No kidding! It gets so much harder to stay on track when it gets cold out, doesn't it? I'm just drinking lots of tea right now. helps keep me feeling full too.

    im like this most mondays
    as i dont work and i tend to walk around the house trying to avoid doing the housework...
    i usually open the fridge about 10000 times then shut it again and say NO i dont need it

    I'm with Canada... a good cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or Ovaltine (the marmite of hot drinks in my opinion) does the trick.

    ive not had a options hot choc in a while.... should try and dish them out. and have a looksie... (lisa do you know if we can have them or if you have had them have you had any effects from them??)
