Leftover Sunday Dinner...Gammon, mash, brocolli, cauliflower & carrots

Homemade quiche mad with leftover gammon, onion, mushroom and low fat cheese (HEA)

Snacks
Strawberries, apple, pear & tangerine

I was planning on doing Day 2 of the 30 day shred that i started yesterday...but I can barely walk :ambulance:

Well day 2 of the shred did not happen...and now I feel even more sore!!
I was soooo craving somehting sweet last night, so opted for a mars celebration (2 syns)

Todays menu looks something like this...

Tuesday 24th February

Breakfast

Ham & Beetroot sandwich on brown warburtons (HEB). Bowl of strawberries

Lunch
Leftover quiche with beetroot salad

Dinner
Homemade chilli with pasta

Snacks
Strawberries, grapes, pear, tangerine & apple...toffee muller light.

The chocolate cake is still lurking in the officer...I will not give in!!!! x
