the menu for today will be as follows:

Breakfast: Weetabix
Lunch: left over pasta and quorn sauce
Dinner: Lentil Curry with rice

snacks - banana/apple/activia fat free yoghurt
syns - i am going to make the chickpea cake so will 'syn' that as I go


Breakfast - Plain FF Yoghurt on Nestle Oats n More (hexb), banana.
Lunch - Left over Quorn Bolognese with WM Pasta shapes and feta cheese (hexa)
Tea - Greek roasted Veggies with haddock (hexb), olive oil (syns)

Snacks - Nectarine. Cheese (hexa) and ryvitas (syns)
