    Hi everyone, started my cd journey again yesterday. I've been on this plan before, original weight 15st 12lb. Got down to 12.4 & gave up 18months ago.
    Now back & still at 12st 4lbs which is great but making a final attempt at getting under 10.7 or a comfy size 12. I'm 5ft 6" /size 16, soon to be 40yrs old & chief bridesmaid for my best friend in Sept. It's time to change for good.

    I'm on ss+ with skimmed milk. Weigh in day is Wednesday. *bites nails*

    Hoping these boards will help & inspire me through good & bad :)

    im hoping to start this diet in just over a week. I'm the same height as you but a bit heavier, 14.7 I think and I'll be 40 at the end if this year too so I want to be a totally new me by then.

    Lost 1 lb, so bloated due to totm. Little bit disappointed but I knew I didn't feel like I'd lost anything. Roll on next week!

    It's still a loss though and it is TOTM, hopefully next week will be a big loss once TOTM is out of the way, good luck!

    Ordered a size smaller uniform this week! my clothes are hanging off me :) nsv feels good!

    What an amazing weight loss :). I really hope I can do as well as you. I don't start until next Wednesday, I couldn't get an appointment until then.

    Hey, thanks :) Wednesday is a great day to start this plan, it cuts the week in half & I seem to just get through a weekend before I know it I'm back being weighed. Good luck!! Stick at it, it's so worth it if you just follow the rules. STS this week but I'm ever so bloated again due to totm. Won't let it get me down, it's the start of another week. X

    Was also off the plan for a while but maintained the weight and now back on it. Week one day 2. i hope I can report similar losses to you in a few days.
    Folks told me that if you had a BMi of lower than 30 that Cambridge wont work as well.... you obviously disprove that myth.
