Its going alright I'm stickin to low gi .All I had are salads for main meal so far and two shakes in the morning and lunch I'm afraid to do anything else yet.

Thats amazing !!.. love the new piccie, I'm sure there are a few of us out there who had wished we had started earlier and joined in with your fabulous weight loss - maybe summer will come later this year for me. Just shows though that your body's not stupid and it can still lose weight when eating the 'right' things - Wots happended to your buddy Howdy-Doody, not seen him on here for a while ?
