week 3 weigh in

Wk 3 we in and i've lost 2lb. So thats a total of 1st 1lb over 3 wks. It's coming off slowly but i'm glad my weight is goin down. Have started back at gym and doing weights so maybe building muscle means lower weightloss per wk.
Weight loss so far
Start - 11st 12lb
Wk 1 - 11st 1lb
Wk 2 - 10st 13lb
Wk 3 - 10st 11lb
Longterm goal is to b 9st 10lb by 20th April to b a size 12 for bridesmaid dress for sister's wedding.
 
Keep it up. You are good going to the gym, do you find it difficult exercising on such a low calorie intake?

Hi suzi58 i was worried about energy levels for gym but find it better without all the carbs as they tended to leave me tired. Am hungry afterwards so always have part of bar.
