    Hey anything is better off than on, have you tried measuring yourself it may have come off in inches.

    Hey 2lbs off is soooo much better than two pounds on. But hey I know why you are dissapointed. But keep going i'm sure you'll suddenly have a week with a big loss. Keep going dont give up x

    We all want the big loses but I recently looked at the weekly losse of lot's of big losers on here, and most of them had a few weeks of small losses.
    Just don't give up, the weight will come off, and as Emma said you are not far off a stone in three weeks which is great
    Good luck with the next week.

    week three is often a smaller week apparently - i put on half a pound - I am sure I read something about bodies adjusting or something
