Week 4 Weigh-In

and i lost 3lbs... absolutely delighted with that... was only expecting 1lb... but when I woke up this morning i had another 2lbs off! Just back from the pharmacy and thrilled to bits now... had a struggle this weekend, reckon i let myself get too low on water this weekend... i was out and about.... and let myself get too hungry.... very unpleasant.... so the way forward this week is to drink piles of water and get myself back into that comfortably full feeling again..... so ive lost 24lbs in four weeks.... well happy with that

That is soo good, nearly 2 stone in 4 weeks! Bet you feel good, and so you should.

I struggle when Im out and about, cos I cant drink the water like I can at home, cos there isnt a loo in the vincinity every half hour...

Feel like im only safe at home with no temptations or distractions, but I feel like a bit of a saddo, saying I dont want to go out!
