    Thank you all. Felt good last night - want to have lost 1 1/2 stones by Easter so that is 12lbs in 8 weeks - I will need to average 1 1/2 lbs a week. That's do-able (I think/hope!!) Am going to have a chicken kebab for tea tonight - the kind on skewers not a donner one. How many points should I count for that? Anyone got a clue? K x
