week four and going to introduce a meal a day

Going on holiday on the 15th with my son and heir to the gas bill so going to introduce a strict meal a day nest week and during my holls, that way I can enjoy a meal in the evenings with Josh. I've lost almost two stone in four weeks and feel that this would be the most manageable method to sustain a small weight loss providing I am strict with the meal and enjoy my holiday at the same time. I have only 1 stone to go to my desired weight (stone and a half to pharmacy goal).

Anyone got any advice? Am I daft to try this method of loss while I am on holiday?

Hi Keeley, I would stick to a very low cal/low carb/low fat diet while away so hopefully you will not find it too hard when you get back on LT. Lean chicken or fish and salad seems a popular suggestion in previous posts.

Have a great holiday. Are you off anywhere exotic?

Cheers for the advice. I'm off to Menorca, there are lots of fish restaurants there so going to do the fish thingy without carbs in the evening. Going to stick to small portions and stay off the alcohol as normal and stick to soda water.
I have enough LT for breakfast and lunch to see me through.

How was your sister?

Have a great holiday in Menorca, I was there when I was a teenager and loved the island.

My sister was really freaked out by my loss at first but really thrilled for me after the initial shock wore off! She actually cried when she first saw me!

I had a great time up there and, although I didn't make it to the Trafford Centre, I did manage to get some shopping in!
