Total Solution Week Four??

I'm just about to start week four and can't work out if I should be eating this week or after I have completed week four i.e. week five?? Any advice would be great thanks!!
 
Makes sense I think. I'm going to have meals this week (plus my three shakes/soups). I'll see how I get on. Do you still lose weight these weeks or do you put it on?
 
If your careful and stay away from carbs and exercise you could lose a pound. I tend to stay the same or gain one. But it normally falls off fast after. If I average out my losses I tend to average 3lbs a week so it evens out. I find weighing one a month or once a fortnight makes me happier as week to week upset me because I expect to much of my body.
