Induction week one results

    Hi all, finished my first week on induction and lost 5.5lbs. I am very pleased but I am 240 so i wasr expecting a little more to be honest. Any tips for increasing the loss next week? Thanks xxx

    5.5 is fab and i highly recommend you stick to the plan and dont push for speed. Atkins works slowly and steadily but isnt a quick fix. Just in case - please read sticky "so you are thinking of cheatin" if you havent already. It's critical to get int he swing of things and not rush this - it works:)

    5.5 lb is a good loss. I'd be very pleased with that! There's no way to rush this process, not when you are eating as much as we can eat on Atkins. When we're in ketosis we are burning FAT, not just water. That's a comforting thought. Good luck.
