Well last week we lost 26lbs between us, with an average weight loss of 3.25lbs each. Our yearly loss to date is now 1216lbs!!!

Wow, last week was a brilliant week, 71lbs lost between us - a typical mandrill monkey, and some first weekers boosted the average loss to almost 6lbs each!!!

Our weight lost so far this year is now a staggering 1288lbs between us - roughly a horse
