weigh in 3 days early as holiday tomorrow 2lb loss for me well happy bringing my total to 17lb and a dress size lower

only 0.5lbs off this week pre-maint though eating alot more and drink LOL very close to my goal and the wife magic eating plan why change!!.

wow well done everyone! im a sts this week yet again! ive only 3 weeks and 4 days till the dress is altered so im hoping for another 7lb at least! it fits already but the slimmer the better
