Well 2nd week for me and I am either sts or 2lb, can't quite see. It's totm and I also really need to sit on the loo for a bit....still I'm happy enough I feel grand ;) xxx

Hello girls & guys,

Thought I'd introduce myself, I'm Lea and I've been doing the Atkins diet for 3 weeks now and loving it :) I've lost 9lbs so far and would really like to keep posting my weigh in results on this thread if you'll have me? :eek: My weigh in day is Fridays xx

You need to check carefully what your eating silver, it may be carb creep, it's not usual to have a stall this quickly, or did you have a large loss last week?
 
Another 2lbs off for me today, 9lbs from goal!!!

Carb creep is eg when you have just a litle cream in your coffee, but forget you have 10 coffees a day and it adds up to loads more than you realise.

It also goes with the thinking "Just a bit of this cake/biscuit/sweet/etc won't hurt" - but it will :)
