I've started the same week as u, and we've lost almost the same, but you are further than me....whehe. Awesomeeee!! I've got 5 lbs to go to change plan, but I actually don't know how that works. Do u have to do the 810 plan or the 1000 plan? I know the 810 plan, but what is the 1000?

im not quite sure how it works in the us, but here we go up to the next step which for you would be the 810, the 1000cl plan is only 2 cd's and introducing a small amout of rice, potato, cous cous.I would spk to your cdc about it she'll be able to tell you more details than me :)
