My CDC said not to get to worried you dont lose around TOM as you need to look at the month as a whole - 18lbs over that time is amazing. Well done you.

me too - but on the plus side, at least its not because we're not losing fat! its just because our body's are retaining water so theoretically u should see a bigger loss than usual next week (i might not because its been TOTM for 3 blimmin' weeks already & it doesnt look like its about to go either! damn implant!!).
