Weight loss

It will very much depend upon how much you have to lose. I was losing around 2lbs a week to start but now I am down to one pound or less (apart from last week when I gained :eek:). I have only about 12lbs to target now - the rule of thumb is the more you have to lose the faster it comes off (well initially that is!) because you need more calories to move a larger body around than a smaller one.
