does anyone know were i can buy the weight watchers bread that u are allowed 3 slices of? i live in antrim in northern ireland!and our tescos dont seem to have it! xx

Most supermarkets here do it. Ive got it in Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys.... Im not sure of the Syn value but Id recommend Kingsmill 50/50 if youre looking for low cal bread. WW is ok but its absolute rubbish for toasting

Hello hun
I have seen it tescos asda co-op and sometimes in the SPAR.
Personally i would waste a HE on it because one fart and its gone!

wat else wud u recommend for a healthy extra b?i mainly do green days but i begrudge wastin them on meat because u can hardly have any!xoxo

I have Hifi bars as a HB on a green day, or dried fruit, i love dried pineapple apricots and figs! Or for a nice pud I have a baked apple and stuff it with choc buttons, yummy!!

Usually i have Hifi bar, branflakes, cracker bread/5 scan bran with HE-A mini babybells (branston pickle) yum

Louise its so true, you could blow a balloon up through a slice of that! its soooooooooo thin what a waste!
Lol
