does anyone know were i can buy the weight watchers bread that u are allowed 3 slices of? i live in antrim in northern ireland!and our tescos dont seem to have it! xx

Most supermarkets here do it. Ive got it in Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys.... Im not sure of the Syn value but Id recommend Kingsmill 50/50 if youre looking for low cal bread. WW is ok but its absolute rubbish for toasting

Personally i would waste a HE on it because one fart and its gone!

I have Hifi bars as a HB on a green day, or dried fruit, i love dried pineapple apricots and figs! Or for a nice pud I have a baked apple and stuff it with choc buttons, yummy!!

You could have 2 lots of meat? I tend to use mine on the weight watchers bread and hifi bars, or cereal.
