Well hello day 5!!!!

Day 5 and i have actually done it!! gone a full 5 days passing temptation of chocolate, cake, general food really!!!!
I feel amazing however i do miss eating and cant wait to go back onto lean meats for meals!! its so odd how my body now craves meats not processed foods!! i love it :)

I am hoping to loose around 4 stone then when back into the eating maintaining stage eating only foods that are in the zoe harcombe diet (cave man diet basically) as i never put weight on with that diet its near enough impossible!!

well week one down!! few more to go haha :/ need this weigh in to keep me on track!!!
 
Well done hun, I am on day 3 now and on Friday's I work a 13 hour shift on the computer - let's just say I am really struggling! I just would love to "pig" out on all sorts ahhhhhhh!!

Ohhhhh in computer too!!! Used to have sweets and all sorts!!!! Now I just want chicken haha! Can't wait to get this weight off and back onto meat good luck to you too xxxx
