What am I doing wrong??!

2012..my year2b a size 10
Hi guys.
I’ve been on and off plan for the last 6 years. I have successfully lost 4 stone in the past but piled it back on with an extra 3 more.
So, today I’m on day 12... had a weigh in and only lost 3lbs. I know this is good for some but I was expecting 7 ish. I also don’t feel that energetic me, like I usually do in ketosis. In fact, usually by day 5 I can see a slight difference around my face but 12 days later I STILL look and feel fat.

I was having 3ltrs of water with three shakes and typically two eggs with some cucumber. Apparently my BMI is too high to do step 1 so I’ve not gone for 4 shakes instead of having the meal. I don’t understand, why aren’t I losing the weight? I feel like it’s those eggs but my Consultant doesn’t agree. I think I’d be better off on just shakes from now on... does anyone know what happens if you have a high BMI but do 3 products instead of 4, will I still lose?
Thoughts???
