Red Days What can i cook?

Im on a red day today, and i need a meal that i cabln make pretty quick. Im getting my hair done at 6pm so need something my fiance can warm up after my little girl is put to bed. Theres gonna be no room in the kitchen for him to do anything other than dishing it up.

Ive got mince, chicken, sausages in the freezer.

Any suggestion would be muchly apprecited!! Xx

spag bol, chilli, chicken casserole, sausage casserole.

Chicken wrapped in bacon with a HEX a Cheese inside, prepair before you go and ask your OH to pop the oven on at said time and said temp and there you go a nice warming meal that makes you feel full :)

What about speedy chicken curry

Fry onions, garlic, curry powder (2 tbsp) in fry light
after couple mins add in chicken
When cooked add 2 tins chopped toms, mushrooms, peppers or whatever you have in
& cook for 20 mins
If you don't like it mega spicy - either put less curry powder in or stir in natural yoghurt just before serving.
