What can you have on working solution?

im tryna figure out, does this diet work predominantly on ketosis or because its low cal? cos if its on ketosis then surely you can have a highish calorie meal so long as its low carb and still lose? im havin haddock tonight with some butter on it, the butter is higher in cals but low carb, and doesnt bump it up much. im just tryna work out if i can still lose with an atkins type meal at night or if it has to be very low cal too
