Although I have only been on the diet for 2 days I already felt better whilst out clothes shopping today. Not that I look any different but was so much more positive knowing that soon I will be able to pick virtually anything in the shop and it will look great!

So... I find clothes shopping a great motivator, so thought I might go regularly to pick outfits that I would like to wear once I'm skinny, now that I know I will get there!

What else do you find to be a great motivator?

Your start weight is my goal weight lol!!!!
I find trying on clothes that were too tight is really motivating, I also have a wedding coming up next month and I'm bridesmaid for another wedding in December so all that is keeping me motivated!

I have found making lists of the reasons i would like to be slimmer, looking for dresses i want to wear on my holidays in october when i am hopefully near goal, enjoying the feel of my clothes as they get looser, trying on clothes i had relegated to the back of the wardrobe for being too small, reading this forum all great motivators. I keep a greetings card with me at all times that has a picture of the dress i would like to wear on my hols , a picture of me as i was at my heaviest and a calendar so i can tick off the days between now and las Vegas and write down my losses etc

Also i can't thank my other half and my friends enough for their support, egging me on when i haven't wanted to, congratulating, complementing me and encouraging me to exercise with them i am a lucky lucky girl !

I like going clothes shopping too. Just browsing for now....but in a few weeks watch out! I also like looking at clothes online and looking at how much people have lost so quickly on here. Im going on hols the end of july so keep thinking of that, but cos the weather is so changeable at the moment I dont feel like I am. Just want to snuggle up! Feels like winter not summer!

    Reward Yourself

I reward myself by buying something nice, even though I know it might not fit for long. Knowing this motivates me even more knowing that in a few weeks it will be too big! Isn't this great!!!:)
