what does CD involve

CD has a number of different plans depend on how much weight / how rapidly you want to lose. The lowest calorie plan is SS (sole source) where you consume 3-4 packs of CD products (soups, shakes, porridge, or bars), a lot of water and not much else! The weight loss on this is estimated at about 1st a month.

But there are also a number of other plans which include food if you are happier with slower weight loss.

Im sure there will be a CDC along shortly, KD is very good for advice.

But basically CD involves getting all your essential nutrients and vitamins from specific CD shakes/soups bars, while controlling your calorie intake (very low calorie diet) therefore contributing to weight loss.
 
and the best bit is , it puts you in ketosis which stops you being hungry and you only lose fat not lean muscle
