What is CS?

It's a meal replacement diet but less restrictive (I find anyway) than some. It's also low carb.

Breakfast: Shake / Meal Bar / Soup
Snack
Lunch: Shake / Meal Bar / Soup
Snack
Dinner: Low carb meal (usually protein and vegetables)
Snack if needed

I've been doing it on and off for a while and really like the fact that the meal bars fill me up. Plus I get to eat regularly to stop me from straying. The only problem is the lack of carbs but that's what got me into this mess in the first place.

Seems to have a really quiet community on here but their facebook page is really busy.
