I would say cardio Hun, cross trainer, jogging or any other cardio equipment (or outdoor jogging) and dumbbell circuits ( PHA is a great fat burner). Also I've heard abs are made in the kitchen so cutting processed food helps. I'd avoid doing things like sit ups and crunches every day, just twice per week as the abs muscles will (like all other muscles) hypertrophy.

Start some extra exercise from today! Walk more, start dancing, start swimming if possible (the best way ever), run some time everyday! I think these are the natural ways you can loss extra weight within days.
