What to do after a binge

Hello I've recently joined slimming world and lost 3lb this week so pleased! However I celebrated on my night shift by eating everything, & I mean everything. I feel like I've just undone everything & want to give up.
What can I do to try and improve my loss for next week??

Draw a line and start again! It's easy for a bad day to turn into a crap week. I'm only on week 3 and was away at the weekend and went mad on sat and Sunday. But Monday got back on plan and managed to be a 1lb down this week. Everyone has bad days so just start a fresh tomorrow
 
I agree don't let one bad evening cloud your good week !
Draw a line and start again and just leave it as a blip don't beat yourself up
You and 7 good days before hand 1 evening won't undo all your hard work
 
As the others have said, just write those days off and start fresh again the next day. Even if you put on/stay the same, it won't be nearly as bad as if you carried on eating bad the whole week! :)
