what to do with primula cheese?

I brought some primula cheese the other day which was on offer suddenly realising I've never used it before and have no idea of what to do with it. Has anyone got any ideas on what we could do with it?

Stir into pasta with some milk for quick sauce, mix with milk and 1tsp cornflour for cheese sauce for lasagne, mix some into free homemade coleslaw for cheesy coleslaw, put a squirt on stuffed peppers and grill. Xx

i use it in risotto (although since discovering the red pepper & chilli LowLow cheese spread i'd recommend that more!!!)
